When you submit the waitlist form, your email is transmitted to and stored by Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA). Formspree acts as our data processor. See their privacy policy. Data is transferred to the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses.
If you consent via the cookie banner, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with the Site through session recordings and heatmaps. Clarity captures interaction data but masks sensitive form inputs. See Microsoft's privacy statement. Data is processed by Microsoft (USA).
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which collects aggregate, anonymised page-view data without using cookies or fingerprinting. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
The Site may be hosted on standard web-hosting infrastructure. Server logs may temporarily record IP addresses for security and abuse prevention, and are purged within 30 days.
We do not currently use Meta Pixel, Google Ads, or any advertising retargeting pixels. If we add them in future, this policy will be updated and your consent will be re-requested.

Some of our service providers (Formspree, Microsoft, Cloudflare) are based in the United States. Where data is transferred outside South Africa / the EEA / UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
We rely on our service providers' industry-standard security measures (TLS encryption in transit, access controls, encrypted storage). While no online system is 100% secure, we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
